> CEO of Nintendo Mr. Iwata held a conference for the Game Developers Conference (GDC). Aside from all the charts and slides Mr. Iwata revealed a new Mario game for the 3DS with the first in-game screenshots to wet our appetites. Codenamed Super Mario 3DS will creatively use the 3DS to bring a true 3D-depth platformer.
The game is being developed by the wizards at Nintendo’s Tokyo Studio (Mario Galaxy games). Iwata has stated the challenges in achieving the games goal to”, … feature traditional Mario game play and to fulfill the dream of Shigeru Miyamoto to bring true depth and distances into the game’s mechanics.” Other than the cool screenshots more details about Super Mario 3DS will be shown at this years E3!!!
